The conveying chain and the feeding roller are powered by very powerful oleo-dynamic motor-reduction gears which assure to this shredder an high productivity and the ability to process any type of material very irregular and voluminous too.
The shredding rotor of the BIOMATICH 89 has a strong design and manufacturing and it is equipped with special hammers placed on 4 rows, 8 for each row for a total of 32. The fusion among special steels allows no grease of the hammers, as there is no overheating and friction during the work.
The shredder BIOMATICH 89 can be feeded with a showel or a crane and the final material can be disposed in heaps of an adjustable height depending from the requirements of the further processing operations. It is able to shred and type of green waste and produces very defibrated material of adjustable sizes, suitable for any type of compost purposes.
The shredder machine can be equipped with a rear exhausting conveyor placed in the discharge area. This exhausting conveyor consists of a steel chain, that if fully closed allows the arrangement of higher and more adjustable heaps of material or the loading of the shredded material directly into a container or a trailer. In this way there will be very poor dust with dry material. Furthermore the shredder 89 can be equipped with a self propelling system in order to displace itself without being towed.
Optionally it is available the remote control device that allows to drive all the working operations like the chain, the feeding roller or the direction of the rear spout. This device increases considerably the output as just one operator seated on the loading shovel can control all the machine operations.
The TTS version of this range of Biomatich 89 is designed to be powered and towed by any type of tractor with a min. power of 100 HP.
The MTS version of this range of Biomatich 89 is powered by a diesel engine and can be towed either by a tractor of by a truck.
